Icons Missing After Update

    Hi John,

    Having updated to the latest version, the icons are replaced by little boxes with numbers – had this issue with another plugin a few months ago, can’t remember what the solution was.

    Also, the post titles/text excerpts have disappeared on most posts. Site: AME Studios.com – sidebar widget (see *blog*).

    Hey there,

    I’m seeing the icons when I view your site (screenshot). Are you able to see the icons when you view the feed here?

    I’m seeing that your posts are missing some text, could you copy and paste the System Info from the ‘Support’ tab on the plugin’s Settings page for me? And also tell me the exact shortcode that you’re using to display the feed?

    Hey John,

    Of course! I just looked at this and the icon issue had to do with a script blocker plugin in Firefox… So yeah, the Title/Text issue remains. How do you want the info requested above?

    BTW, *nice* sales move… the pro version looks fabulous.

    Hey Deej,

    You can send it via the Support form on our website. Just reference this thread and it will be forwarded to me.

    Also, I apologize if sending you the link to the demo seemed like a sales tactic, it certainly wasn’t meant to be, the Pro version just uses the same icons as the free version and so if you weren’t able to see them there then it would have indicated a browser-related issue.

    Feel free to send me your System Info and any shortcode options you’re using and I can take a look at what the problem is.
