Icons not appearing next to file name

Hi,

I saw an old thread here about the file icons not appearing correctly.

You’d said it could be fixed easily with a CSS rule, but did not provide the rule.

You can see the file Title. If you refresh the page, you can actually see the icon. But it disappears immediately.

I’m not a pro developer – I do more configuration. Can you help me make sure the file icons display properly with a CSS rule or some other fix? Thanks.
