Hi there everyone. I’m having an issue with this plugin (recently installed), as the icons are not appearing on my website. The pop-ups and widgets show but the icons don’t render.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this? If it helps, I use both Hummingbird and Smush for improved website performance.

    Thanks in advance ??
    James

  • Thanks James. And thank you for doing the work for us by mentioning “Smush”…

There is an issue in the Smush plugin which causes the conflict. Please de-select the .png option in the “lazy load” settings (of the Smush plugin) and save it. Then the icons should show.

Smush knows about this issue, and they are currently working on it and will release a new version with the fix soon.

Thanks for your help! Is there any way you know of to select SFSI in particular as an exclusion to lazy load? I’ve worked fairly hard trying to figure out what slows my website so I can improve its performance and SEO and don’t want to undo that.

    Thanks again.

Smush is currently fixing it. Until then there is no other option. If you want it fixed faster, please reach out to Smush people.

Ah, that’s unfortunate. Perhaps I’ll reach out to them or use a different plugin in the meantime. Thank you again!
