Icons not showing

Hi,

I’m using a paid theme and when I try to add the icons to my menu not only do they not show up, but I can’t even see them when I’m in the menus section in my wordpress admin section! Obviously something is clashing but I have no idea where to start. Any ideas?

My site is https://www.heartandbleecker.com, if you look at the menu the instagram link on the top is broken because of this problem.

I’m having the exact same problem with “The Company” theme here.

The icons work – in that i can click on them and they take us to the correct place, but we can not see them?

Why is there no answer yet? Please address this problem a.s.a.p.; there are multiple subjects with the same problem on this support-forum.
