Icons not showing after latest update

Yes, still installed.
Ticked boxes Show them via a widget and Define the location of the page with Center right selected. In the widget area Ultimate Social Media Icons are selected in the Blog Sidebar section.

Ok, not sure why this happens. Please completely delete plugin and install again.

I have the same problem, after updating, all the icons I set up are showing, except the buttons connected to facebook, e.g. the share button. ??

@dshun Ok, if some icons show for you, some not, it’s a different issue. Please open a new support thread for that.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the plugin, still no icons. I have even tried adding them to the top of my front page with the shortcode, but no result. Am I doing something wrong?

On which specific page (url) did you add it? On your homepage? Because even if it doesnt work and the icons don’t show, at least it should show the shortcode (as text). Did you clear cache (also check if you have a cache plugin installed)?

On the homepage, yes. I don’t have a cache plugin installed.

I’m beginning to suspect that the issue might be some sort of conflict with the WPBakery Page Builder plugin that’s controlling the content on the pages, as I managed to get the icons displayed on a page by adding the shortcode inside a WPBakery Page Builder text block. I’ll backup and try disabling WPBakery Page Builder to test if that’s what is preventing the social icons from appearing floating on the right side of the page.

Did you investigate? What was the outcome?

Yes. The issue wasn’t with the WPBakery Page Builder Plugin. It’s probably caused by the child theme I’m using, since the icons seem to show up fine if I change the theme. I’ll have to get in touch with the child theme author, but I don’t think the issue has anything to with your plugin.
