Icons not showing up in dropdown

Yes, a Macbook Pro running Mojave (10.14.6). Using Chrome 84.0.4147.89.

We’re still looking into the issue. It’s not showing up in all situations which makes it more difficult to fix.

@webfactory would it be possible to add a field where the code for the icon could be pasted? It’s easy enough to choose the icon from elsewhere without having to deal with the dropdown.

Sure, it’s definitely possible but at the moment we don’t have the resources to do it. I’ve added it to the to-do list.

I am having the same issue. My theme is Meks > Typology and it comes with font awesome. However, the External Links > Icons for both dash and font awesome show question marks. Could we get an update on this fix?

We can’t provide any support related to paid plugins or themes as we don’t have access to them.

You said it was added to the queue. Bug is real, theme irrelevant. I was merely inquiring about the status.
