Icons not working

There have been updates and somewhere along the line I lost my icons. I tried it at different sizes to no avail. I’ve set it to icon plus text for now so at least the text shows up, but I like it with just the larger icon.

I originally reviewed this at 5 stars, but I’ll have to change me review if the icons don’t work.
