Hi! I recently added a “Feedback” section at my webpage (at the middle and the same poll at the end of the webpage). When I am editing the webpage I can see OK the icons to vote. And in the same browser (as if I were an end user) I can see them well.
BUT… If I open my webpage in another browser or the same one I use for development (Safari) in private mode, the icons convert to some form of square and a “Vote” button appears, even though I disabled the “Vote” button.
Any way of checking what happened?
    Thanks!

PS: Let me add that I discovered this only happens when I am logged out of wordpress admin. If I log in again, I can see OK the icons and can vote directly by clicking on them.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @pablostatile,

    Thank you for the topic.

I am really sorry about the issue you are experiencing.

We have already checked your site and noticed that you are using a Litespeed cache plugin (v4.4.3).
It doesn’t load the corresponding fonts for the non-logged-in users (Guests). That is why the icons are not being displayed.

    See the screenshot: https://ibb.co/CnZfsYM

Please go and clear all the caches, that refer to the logged-out users (Guests) via that plugin.

Then, please check whether the issue persists or not and let us know about the outcome.

    Thank you!

Hi Jasmine, thanks for the answer!

Yes indeed. I changed the plugin to optimize to all users (not just guests) and I could replicate the problem. I managed to turn off CSS Optimization/Minify and the problem got solved. Although that could work, I’m trying to detect which .css is causing the problem for me to exclude it from the Minify Process.

Do you have by any chance all .css the plugins loads?

    Thanks!!

    OK, done!

    I excluded:

    (DOMAIN)/wp-content/plugins/poll-maker/public//css/poll-maker-ays-public-fonts.css

    And cleared all the problems.
    Thank you!!
