Icons Size -1 off

We tried to reproduce this issue on our test servers – and have no luck with this.
Please provide link to your site where we can check this issue.

Actually i was wrong, it is not -1 but +1.

Here is a demo of the problem. The Icons size is set to Normal.

Tried also with the default WP theme, same problem.
