iContact — “Could not fetch signup form” error

    Hi there,

    I’m receiving a “Could not fetch signup form” from iContact.

    I’m using version 1.2.8 of Optin Forms, the latest one available.

    I’ve deactivated and reactivated the plugin, to no avail.

    Please advise.

    So, for those experiencing this issue in the future, here’s the solution I found:

    a) create a new form in iContact with your desired optin list;
    b) click on “get code”
    c) the list id (five digits), special id (three digits), and client id (six digits) are all listed within the code;
    d) click on “optin forms” on the left of your dashboard; click on “email forms,” and replace any numbers with the new ones that you just extracted from step “c” above…

    All will work beautifully well!

    Optin Forms — I’m curious as to why it seems you’ve not been answering any of the support forum’s questions for over 3 months now? Hope all is well.
