iconv(): Wrong charset, conversion from `UTF-8′ to `ISO-8859-1

    i have installed, cm tooltips plugin in my website.

    When i have glossary added, it is showing following error.

    Notice: iconv(): Wrong charset, conversion from UTF-8' toISO-8859-1//TRANSLIT’ is not allowed in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/enhanced-tooltipglossary/glossaryIndex.php on line 1857
