ICS Calendar load error

I need help with the ICS Calendar plugin. I keep getting this error:
Cannot load ics-import.php?page=ics-import.php.This happens when I specify the I specify this ICAL link from Google Calendar:
https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/l2rcojp60okdci18s03r8cjfno%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.icsActually, I get the same error whenever I save the ICS Calendar plug-in’s general settings (no matter the settings).
My WordPress Version is 2.7.1. My server is Samber 6.1. My PHP is 5.0.13. The mySQL version is 5.1.4.
I’ve tried reinstalling WordPress and messing with the php files but no luck.
Any ideas please???
