    As a test to see if I could figure out the issue, I also tried a subscribing to my own feed in a Google calendar, and the error does reveal the ICS address isn’t a valid format. Is this something I did or is there an issue with the plugin?

    I don’t get any error at all – literally just a blank white page. Is that URL string formatted correctly? Are other calendars using the .10 version experiencing this issue?

    By the way, this worked before I upgraded to 2.3.10. Is there a way to revert to 2.3.8?

    Well, I found a way to revert, but that didn’t solve the issue. I did make a backup and restore on a different server to see if that had anything to do with it – no luck, same results with https://www.rocitout.com/eslc/?plugin=all-in-one-event-calendar&controller=ai1ec_exporter_controller&action=export_events&no_html=true&ai1ec_cat_ids=46

    By the way, to remove plugin conflicts as a potential culprit, I just deactivated all other plugins on that site and tried again. Same result. It is not a plugin conflict.

    Dear Timely,

    On our website we use your plug-in to feed our google calendar onto our website. Unfortunately, there are sometimes problems with the plug-in. At this time, some events are not showing up. It is a reoccurring meeting which has been showing properly each month for some time. I have tried to refresh the feed twice now, but the event still isn’t appearing on the website, although it is appearing on our Google calendar.

    Can you please advise? Thank you!

    Can someone from Timely please reply? There has to be an issue somewhere. As I mentioned, I’ve disabled all other plugins.

    Hi smrgolfer,

    Please edit wp-config.php file (in the WordPress root folder) and modify line:
    define('WP_DEBUG', false);
    to
    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    Then please navigate to your feed url. It should produce useful trace information.

    Hi ecos1526,

    Please create a new topic for your issue.

    Thanks,
    Ben

    Thanks Ben. That didn’t yeild any different information. I did a small test, and think I found the issue. All the events in the calendar were imported via an ICS feed from the calendar we’re trying to replace. As a test, I created a new category, manually added an event, and low and behold the subscribe link worked.

    So, with the information that (at least in my case) the events imported via ICS wouldn’t work, I started down the path of importing the events. I exported them to CSV. I purchased your CSV importer. I followed the instructions provided, but my events won’t import. I’ve copied the first row along with headers below as an example. Can you tell me what I’ve done wrong?

    TYPE,UID,SUMMARY,DTSTAMP,DTSTART,DTEND,DESCRIPTION,LOCATION,CATEGORIES
    vevent,9397,A Matter of Balance Class: Registration Required ( FR ),20160227,TZID=US-Eastern:20160212T130000,TZID=US-Eastern:20160212T150000,,,River Edge Manor

    Just to add to smrgolfer’s post, I am importing feeds (hourly), which works fine so far and experiencing issues with users subscribing to our google calendar feed. I have already created a topic about this and provided a test link however I have not yet heard back on the issue. Let me know if I can provide any other information to assist in troubleshooting.

    I finally just figured mine out. The site linked to from the CSV import instructions references US-Eastern as the appropriate TZID for US Eastern Time throughout their examples… however it should be America/New_York. Just wanted to put that out there for anyone that stumbles into this thread.
