Ics file have no timezone

    Hi relund,

    Currently the feed converts all date/times to UTC – which aimed to solve the problem that apart from denoting datetimes in UTC there is no universally accepted identifier for all timezones.

    In 3.0.0 this will be addressed, see this issue here: https://github.com/stephenharris/Event-Organiser/issues/293.

    It’s anticipated that the 3.0.0 release candidate shall be out this weekend, and 3.0.0 released later this month. So if you wanted to fix this bug early you could do so.

    Thanks. I will try to give it a go. It could be nice to be able to import the ics to my Google calendar without being one hour off.
