ID Attribute

Is it possible to use the ID Attribute to auto expand a nested element?
I have setup a link ‘Kinetix Membership‘ which is executed from https://trbcstaff.com/health-and-wellness/. I would like to auto expand the nested element “Kinetix Membership”.
The ID Attribute is opening the top level element “Benefits” but not the nested elements. Being able to create links to open nested elements would help greatly in reducing redundancy, creating cohesion, and easily directing users to specific content.
