id doesn't work when we have link in shortcode

This functionality is not currently possible and it will take a good amount of code changes and testing in order to pass the shortcode arguments to the popup.

If you are comfortable with code then you’d need to look at the shortcode() and add_s2_ajax() functions in the classes/class-s2-frontend.php file.

I’ve reworked this section of the code for Subscribe2 HTML and made the popup function fully via AJAX now – no page reloads any more.

As such the id parameter isn’t needed but all other parameters work as expected, so button hiding, text box size etc can be adjusted.
