I’d like to change my permalinks …..

hi there,
i have a blog with 13000 posts with permalinks like :
https://www.domain.com/the-post-name.html

I’d like to change those URL to be Google News friendly and have something with an id :
https://www.domain.com/the-post-name_2154

When i had WordPress 2.5 i known a plugin who was named Permalink Redirect and manage to automtically do a 301 redirect after a permalink change.. I guess it automatically find the right post by searching it by his name, not sure about his ..

I really need a trick/plugin to change all my permalink and do an automatical 301 in order not to loose all my seo.. I think i would have really more trafic being inserted in Google News, so it’s important to change my permalinks..

Somebody have an idea ?
