I'd like to integrate with MyCRED (minor)

Hi,
This is obviously not a real support question.
I’d like to know how I could call extra data to print after the URL that the social buttons pick up. for example https://example.com/?mref=1 instead of simply https://example.com/
Or is all that handled on Twitter/Facebook/etc side?
