I’d like to send the gift card to the buyer and the recipient

My client has a restaurant and sells gift cards. They call me regularly because their gift card buyers call them, worried that they didn’t get a gift card when they bought one for someone else.
As far as I know, all recipients are getting their gift cards. BUT I’d like to avoid the time spent on checking every gift card purchase because the buyer doesn’t get ‘a copy’ of the gift card.
My client and these people aren’t tech savvy so it’s time consuming for me.
Is there a way to send the gift card email to the BUYER and the RECIPIENT at the same time?
**OR** is there a way to check the emails go to the recipient, from the Dashboard? Perhaps I can screenshoot these sent emails to send to the worried buyers.
