Idea for a new Plugin

I don’t have the knowledge to do this myself but I would like to see a plug in that would allow someone to host a Nintendo WII Sports League. The main event that comes to my mind is to host a bowling tournament where each team could post their scores frame by frame and then the site coordinator can identify winning teams.
