Ideal Solution

My previous TOC solution had JS and additional CSS which impacted performance. I didn’t want to remove it because TOC was really helping SEO. Simple TOC block does the same job minus the bloat. I also like the fact that it adopts the theme’s styling all I had to do was open the spacing up a little, one line of CSS.
