Ideas for a User Sign Form up With Specific Volunteer Forms Registration

I’m going to try and be as descriptive as possible, but I am looking for some ideas for solving this problem –

I want a customizable form that I can use on my WordPress site that will allow individuals to apply as a “Partner” user.

Each Partner User will most likely have some sort of profile page. I also want to have a separate “Parter User” specific form for Volunteers to apply directly to.

The idea being, that individuals can apply as a separate Volunteer to each specific Partner. The partners should be able to see these volunteers in a CRM type list in the backend (or somewhere)

Anyone have any ideas on how I should approach this? Any really immersive plugins? Or is this something I would have to build from the ground up?
