Ideas on how I'd do this please

I’d love some WordPress Guru thought on how best you think I’d go about this:

I’d like an input page for people to input a few text fields with their favourite quotes.

I’m thinking the database can collect these and then I’d like to display all quotes (15 or whatever a page) and preferably they can be displayed in a random order.

I’m sure this would be possible but would very much appreciate some outside brains with suggestions on the better way of handling it.
