    Thanks for the reply. Do you know where it tracks the user that publishes the events in the database? I didn’t see it.

    Event owners are added in the same way as post / page authors, so an event owner is also the post author.

    Thanks for the reply. The event owner is the person who creates the event (event_owner). I need the person who publishes the event for the event owner without publish capability.

    We have 7 or so people with publish capability, so we would like to track which person grants the approvals.

    That’s not something that can be done out-of-the-box. Aside from custom coding, it might be worth seeing if there’s an editorial publishing plugin that has this kind of feature.
