    It’s not? Sorry…just started with WordPress a few months ago. That site design looks so similiar to a WP theme and I’m looking to use something like that myself.

    Yes, I agree, it does look quite like a WP site — but there are other similar CMS platforms (i.e. Drupal and Joomla for example).

    You could (theoretically) do something quite similar with WP — but you’d need to know some coding (CSS and HTML in particular).
