idk how this thing even works but i guess i can’t find out if i dont pay for it

i’m not sure what’s behind the pretense of “you only get tech support if you pay lots of money,” but more frustrating than this is why would i want to pay you money if i can’t figure out how to do things with your product that i want to? isn’t that a core thing about how you attract new customers?
