    Hello!

    I have implemented all the parameters necessary for Facebook dynamic ads via my Facebook event tags in GTM and uploaded my catalogue, and MOST of my products are there and have matching content ID + product ID. So everything seems to be working great. However there are like 5 out of 200+ products that for some reason have “unmatching ID:s” and I can’t figure out why.

    I reached out to Facebook and they said I should contact Woocommerce since the product ID:s are created by you.

    I noticed that half of these “error”-products are out of stock, but I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. I don’t have any filters in my Facebook product feed to exclude products out of stock.

    PRODUCTS WITH UNMATCHING ID:s:
    -Can 220 G (product id: 864) – out of stock

    -Gasregulatorset (product id: 467) – not out of stock, however is part of many different product categories (spare parts/grill accessories)

    Any idea what might be the cause of this and how I can move on? Should I change some SKU:s? Any tips at all would be greatly appreciated! ??

    UPDATE:
    I have double checked all these products, and they all are in my Facebook catalogue, with the right ID. Yet still I get these errors under “event data sources”. Any idea?
