• This one has me stumped.

Our church web page looks fine to me on my FF3 and IE6. But one of my helpers is having trouble seeing parts of the page using IE6 on his and other computers. Our live site:
    https://pacificchurch.com/
Sample of how it’s supposed to look:
Sample of how it looks to him:

    What might cause these problems?
    1. Lack of jpg images to appear in posts and header
    2. Embedded Google calendar not appearing
    3. Anarchy media play button missing

It’s happened on different computers in different parts of town, using different (broadband) access. No special firewalls or virus checkers. My helper thinks it has something to do with our www redirect… but I don’t know enough about that to understand what would be throwing things off.

    Thanks for your help!
    Adrienne

  • If its www or something, you can try for starters looking at the two url settings in Admin->Settings, and remove www (or put www in) and test.

I went in and added back the www to our site.
My helper still sees the error, but hasn’t been able to empty his cache / temporary files either. Stay tuned…

We are still seeing some issues with some setups of IE6 not working with WordPress 2.6
    1. Can’t see the embedded Google calendar
    2. Can’t see the Anarchy Media “click to play” buttons

    Any more ideas?

    Thanks!
