IE 8 browser

I installed this plugin. It works perfectly on most browsers except IE 8 and 9. the Date drop down box works fine but not with the Time selection drop down box. It is blank on IE8 and drop down not even working on IE9.
I am using the latest version of Mystile theme. Anyone having the same problem??
