IE 9 problem

I am having problem on loading properly because of an js error on my website.
My client is using ie9 and this error “Object doesn’t support property or method ‘requestAnimationFrame'”.Can anyone help me?
I cannot tell my client to use other version.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/magento-wordpress-integration/
