IE Browser problem

I had a problem with my site working properly in Firefox only.

IE and Chrome had some issues all of which I have managed to fix except one which I just can not solve.

It relates to IE. Everything works fine except for just one page. The background on one page is greyed out.

As all my pages are the same background I can not figure this.

Any ideas please?
