IE bug cookie-compliance

Hi,

Thanks for the EU Cookie Law Compliance plugin. However I am having some troubles with IE. Basically when you accept the popup appears again after reloading. Other browsers are ok.

Anybody any idea? I use php check if the cookie_compliance is set to 1 or 0 so I can load scripts and content in my templates.
