IE dropping header pic down below header

I am running Genesis Version: 2.1.2, with the Agency Child Theme Version: 2.0, with Genesis Simple Hooks Version 2.1.0. The website is https://www.shelleycoriell.com.
My issue is in IE V11 a picture that I have in my header “ShelPic.png” is dropping below the header area where I want it. In Chrome and Firefox it shows up where it needs to be. I have the png being loaded in my “genesis_header Hook” with the following code
<img title="Author Shelley Coriell" alt="Author Shelley Coriell" src="https://www.shelleycoriell.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/ShelPic.png"/>and I am not running any Shortcodes nor PHP (the boxes are unchecked).At one point in time this was working in IE with what I have in Simple Hooks, but something has changed and I can’t figure out to fix it in IE now. Any suggestions?
