    Hello to anyone that can help,

    Problem: Header not showing up in IE and navbar displaying off to the side for some reason.

    I’ve been having some issues getting my wordpress theme running properly in IE7, but I’ve been told by friends it’s not working properly in IE8 either.

    At first i thought it was simply a CSS issue, but I went and got it validated, then changed everything so it worked. I actually checked the site in IE7 immediately after validating and it worked fine…but then after some fiddling in the dashboard with text sizes/colors for headlines I checked again and it was messed up again.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry…

    Also, just realized it doesn’t work properly in chrome either :(.

    You need to sort out your IE7 emulation header:

    <meta http-equiv=?X-UA-Compatible? content=?IE=EmulateIE7? />

    It’s stopping the pages from being validated.

    Actually…

    I just figured out why the header wasn’t working. The only issue now is the mid-content is behaving different in IE/Chrome than Firefox. CSS isn’t positioning it the same way.

    Yay fixed. Thank you sir..I just needed to move the code directly under the <head>. Thanks!
