• Help!

I was building this site in IE7 and Firefox. It looks fine. Today was the first day I brought it up in IE6 and I see that the posts don’t start until about half way down the page. Any ideas?!!

    Here’s the site.

Unfortunately, I see that the jquery dropdown doesn’t work with child items either in IE6.. sigh… but, I’ll get to that later. Any ideas on this blank half page problem? Thanks!

ok.. found out that the Awsom News Announcement plugin was causing the problem.. whew. I can at least get around that.

Now.. to figure out those damn child menus!

why worry about what ie6 supports. you cant worry about what every single browser will show or you got alot more problems than ie6. just do the basic ones like ie 7-8 ff 2-3 and opera and safari

IE 6 is still in very wide use, unfortunately — it certainly has a MUCH larger user-base than Opera, Safari, or IE8!

Yeah, IE6’s crappy compliance with CSS standards makes it a real PITA to deal with, but if you don’t bother, you will be alienating a lot of potential visitors to most sites.

IE8 isnt even released yet so duh it is used more lmao
