IE8 issues for suffusion

looks OK in IE8 for me.

Looks pretty darn good from here, too. IE8 with compatibility mode on- and off, seems consistent, and it seems to look the same as it does in FF.

The only thing I want to say (critically speaking) is that you are going to find that presentation may be something of an evolutionary process for a while. Right now you seem to have some solid ideas. Keep expanding on that and think of it as a refining process that includes solid and well organized content, minimal graphics that fit your layout well, and color schemes with a contrast that will allow your visitors to become your followers. You’re off to a good start.

I do have to say, that is the most creative adaptation of the Suffusion theme that I have seen to date.

WOW@ clayton. i really didnt expect that..lol, was looking for a “well for a noob it’s ok”. i do have to fix the images to fit the sidebar boxes and headlines…i dont like the “featured content” area the way it looks. it seems to be something wrong there i cant catch. i really do appreciate the feed back. i see alot of people only use 1 side bar? i lke the mystique theme as well but i couldnt get it to support the BP. i have been writting for weeks while studying these html, xhtml, css books and on w3c school….lol i have lots of relevant content i was just so stuck on design and appearance i guess i can move on now how….does the BP nav bar go ok with the Top Nav bar for the theme?

For now? Yep’ it’s fine… But I can almost guarantee you’ll change your mind later. Been there, done that. ?? Be patient, and let it evolve naturally. Trust me, what seems a good idea today, will take a back seat to something else in a week or two. Take some hints from the web sites that you most enjoy spending time on yourself. Ask yourself what it is that attracts you to them, and how you might use a piece of that information to attract like-minded readers of your own. Eventually you’ll be able to mold those ideas into something that’s both satisfying to you, and appealing to your readers.
