• OK did have done a bit of testing as a problem emerged.

    I still use xp….never mind

    but, my site works fine with chrome, firefox and with developer tools, IE7. If I use IE 8, then the legacy shortcodes for singlepic left and right stop the pic from rendering – it’s there, but it stays as as a strip and does not open out – you can click on it for the shutter lightbox effect and it renders perfectly.

    Using windows 7, another test area, the site works fine in firefox, chrome and all IEs up to 10 – yup including IE8…

    Incidentally, it is also working fine with windows phone 7.5

    Plugins I am using include insert php, php widget, jjnextgen slider,contact form 7. Graphene Theme

    Hope this is of use, I know xp has another year at best, but I am in a part of the world where it is still used a lot with IE8, so for me this is a problem and backwards compatibility is still relevant.
