If a file or folder is deleted from Google Drive, not visible in wordpress

    We use Google Drive Embedder to upload files and folders from Google Drive to WordPress. However, when I delete files or folders from Google Drive, they are also removed from the WordPress page. How can we prevent these files from being deleted or save them within WordPress?

  • Hi, @urmilapatil.

    Kindly know that the Google Drive Embedder plugin just embeds the files still stored on Google Drive. They are not uploaded to WordPress.

    That’s why removing a file from your Google Drive will break the download link and won’t be displayed on your WordPress site.
