If checkbox is selected, then only send mail to particular recepient?

Hello there..?

I am working with a project where i am using CF 7.
I want to implement some advance type functionality.
Here on single post , a form will be display.
i have Email, Name and Check box field and finally submit.
If check box is selected, then only send mail on email address enter in above field and to the admin email.
else only send mail to admin email.
Please help it out.
