if home andsite urls different, can`t submit the form

If i define in config file different home url from site url, form stops working, when removing those lines, it works. Interesting is that when going to the page where is the form, it redirects me back to long url (site url), all other pages are on short (HOME) url. After filling the form and clicking submit, it keeps loading forever but nothing happens. Also no data will be added to entries
