If hypothes.is is network enabled, selecting it per-site throws a fatal error

    I’m seeing this issue on a pretty vanilla install of WP 3.8.2, Hypothes.is 0.1, and Pressbooks Textbook (and by extension Pressbooks).

    If Hypothes.is is network enabled, attempting to enable it on individual sites throws a fatal error (at SITENAME/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pressbooks-textbook-settings&tab=other ) throws a fatal error.

    If the plugin is not network enabled, the option to enable hypothes.is works as expected.

    I’m not sure if this is a hypothes.is issue or a Pressbooks textbook issue, but given that it occurs with a Hypothes.is-specific config I figured I’d file this here first.
