If I block all countries but whitelist my IP

Please set up a bypass code to skip blocking.

I read the mention “This is the secret code used to bypass all blockings to backend pages. It take precedence over all block settings configured. To bypass, you just need to append the secret_code parameter with above value to the wp-login.php page. For example, https://www.example.com/wp-login.php?secret_code=1234567”

I looked at my wp-login and didn’t see mention of secret code, so how do I proceed?
