Your plugin has no documentation. You don’t support a problem with your plugin. Why would i give you a better rating? I asked a simple question. Why does your HTML table shrink the size of the table when the customer orders more than a couple of items to their order? Tables aren’t suppose to shrink and no matter what CSS i add to it your pluign doesn’t recognize any of the css even when it’s inline css. So how is that asking for Customization?

I have read your post here.

You wanted a custom development done for free and that is something we simply can not do. @hahadude thank you for stepping in.

@hahadude Please, let me apologise for taking things personally here. It may well be that we have misunderstood and did not feel your frustration.

However, you claim we do not support our users and such we do very much. And I believe you can see that from the amount of resolved post and the absolutely packed forum here.

You can find an enormous documentation that we update on daily basis. I actually employ a person that does that full time. If someone has a problem or missing something in the docs, they just tell us and we fix it.

Please, remember you are using a free software here that we put a lot of effort to and given away to others to use. I do not think your frustration is the reason to want to give zero stars.

I am not going to beg you to remove the bad review as everyone has right to express their opinion. I am just asking you to reevaluate your reaction.

I am here for you if you need anything. We always are.
