Then we discovered this is a problem featured by several other users in several other forums, which remain unaddressed days later. Then we discovered that we can’t add new quizzes. And for some reason, coincidentally perhaps, a couple subdomains that link to these same quizzes, all WP, are completely inaccessible when going through a quiz title — clicking the quiz title link sends the user to “There has been a critical error…”

    Finally, every avenue of support for the free version is accessible only through the paid version. And the FAQs offer no guidance for this issue. When support denial is little more than a manipulative, coercive “marketing” scheme designed to compel one to pay for the premium version of a plugin, where the support being denied is support necessary to fix the failing plugin…Yes, if I could give negative stars, I’d go with -2.5.
