if i delete the theme frontpage is broken

If the activated theme is not present , it automatically reverts back to twenty thirteen theme

the theme 20/13 is a standart
ok, i know

if i select a different theme
and logg out
the theme 20/13 is still present
if i delete the theme 20/13
my startpage with my postings a broken style sheet…
strange
wo can help?

when i’m logged in i see the Expound Theme

when i’m logged out i see the Twenty Thirteen Theme

Delete (flush) your cache under SuperCache plugin and then deactivate that plugin.
