If i have a sports club

.. and want to give each of my club members
A: their own PAGE
and
B: their own Posts Category
and – of course – each team member can only access and edit their own page and only make new posts into their own blog category how do i do this best??

Have spent 2 hours searching in the forums and also via big G, found a bunch of entries, but they seemed to deal with old plugins that are partially not even showing within WordPress > Extend > Plugins anymore.
Found 2 plugins that are supposed to work in wp3.01
Capability Manager (capsman) and Members.

Have not yet installed them, not sure from reading their description if either one of them can do what i need, that’s why i hope i stumble over someone in this forum who already went through such a process and knows first hand what works or how it could be achieved…
