    Thanks for everything.

    I am trying the free version of BetterPayment.

    In the BetterPayment block in the Elementor editor, under “Email Settings” I set “Send as” to “Plain” and the code is sent as is.

    Both the admin email and the customer email.

    There may be an issue with the character encoding of the email, etc., but I received it in Gmail.

    HTML mail was received properly.

    I would like to send only text emails as much as possible, as HTML emails are often treated as spam.

    I hope you are fine.

    Are you using any HTML template in the message content? From your shared screenshot, it seems there are table, inline style is used.
    If you use any template in the email body/ message content In the BetterPayment block in the Elementor editor, then it will not work like that, as for security concerns HTML tags (p, heading, bold, table etc) will not work if it is used in the email body.
    Please share a screen record, how you have applied the content in the email. I have checked using text in the email and selecting the ‘plain’ option in the email, and its working fine.

    (I tried with the latest version: 1.2.2 of BetterPayment)

    I’ve tried again.
    The result did not change.

    The messege content is text only.

    I will send you a capture of the configuration.

    ●WordPress Dashboard→BetterPayment→Settings→Email

    ●BetterPayment block Admin

    ●BetterPayment block Cusomer

    The content of the plain code looks exactly like the HTML email source.

    Here is a part of the source that was sent to me.
    The email is addressed to the customer and has a “message” embedded in it.

    We have fixed the formatting issue of plain format of email, please download the dev version of the plugin from here, https://d.pr/f/iFSu7j and replace your current free plugin with it. You should recieved the text in your email.

    I tried it with the development version.

    The plain text was emailed well (although there was one space at the beginning of the sentence).
