If I used the Renden 1.4.1 Customizer do I need a child theme to update theme?

    We just set up our new website with Renden 1.4.1 and made changes using the “Go to Customizer” button. Will all those changes be copied over if we update to Renden 1.4.2?

    Or do we have to now make a child theme to maintain our customization?

    If we do have to make a child theme, can I suggest that the Customizer warns you about this? I understand it’s a lot easier to make a child theme BEFORE you do any customization.
