If Menu plugin stops working when I enable "Menu Image" plugin

I have been using the If Menu plugin happily for some months, but when I activated the “Menu Image” plugin, If Menu stopped being shown / stopped working and a lot of menus suddenly appeared to the public which were for logged in users only.

I have disabled Menu Image for the moment, but any chance of a fix? (The issue might of course be with Menu Image, and I am making a similar post in their support forum. It would be nice if you could work together to make your plugins work nicely together.)
