if new sub menu created, it does not display correctly

    I purchased a theme and made a clean installation of WordPress and this theme at the temporary URL of https://www.smartpcplug.com.au/
    The formatting for the themes original menus and sub menus work :-).. (e.g. you can have a look at the SERVICES menu).
    BUT when I create new sub menu (e.g. under ‘TUTORIAL’ menu) for some reason it is not using the correct formatting for the sub menus for any new sub menus

    Can anyone help?
